In this week’s video I show a Photoshop technique that lets you create dreamy, blurred landscape images that blend in static figures for a minimalist, abstract scene, similar to the ICM (intentional camera movement) technique. It’s a bit different from my normal work, but it’s a fun and straight forward way to create a totally different look from an otherwise fairly plain image.
